The manager Sandy runs the establishment very nicely and provides the Tim Hortons experience I’ve been accustomed to living in WNY my whole life. This is the local Tim Hortons in the Town of Tonawanda and it’s been a great addition to our community due to Sandy and her staff.

I choose this location even though I have a Tim Hortons location that's closer to my house. The employees seem to be happy and my order is usually accurate. I stopped by today (Wednesday at about noon) to grab a couple coffees and a wrap on my way home from Wegmans and it was a great experience. The drive thru had no line. I ordered a large hot coffee, iced cappuccino, old fashion plain donut, chipotle steak wrap. The employee that took my order was not only pleasant but smiled and offered me a cardboard sleeve for my coffee because it was fresh and hot. The donut was warm and very freshly made. The wrap was very good and hot. I will return here over other locations even if it's out of my way.

Solid location. This used to be my go to spot for a BELT. They are always fast and better quality than some other Tim locations. Downside though the lot is small and the drive thru gets very clogged during breakfast rush. Better to order ahead for mornings.

Please team, turn your bun oven temp down a tad. Expediter didn't spot check food & maker allowed it to go from sandwich prep area buns burned & sandwiches made with those burned black buns. On the good side, multitasking ongoing & courteous service yet not operating with a consistent would you eat or drink that attitude. Sweet tea was also rather unsweetened & not very lemony. But 4 stars overall for the hustle. Coke machine clean and drink tasted fresh.

The croissant with egg and sausage tasted so good. The drive thru employees were great. They didn't complain once when I gave them so much change.

It's a Tim Hortons. This location does usually mess up one thing with your order no matter what, which is kind of a shame in comparison to the one down the road that is heinously busy. But it's not the end of the world for me personally. Will continue to occasionally go here.
